Because who doesn't love a place that serves truffles and Italian wine. 

WHERE

On a cozy side street off of Boulevard St. Germain @ 8 Rue Mabillon

WHAT

Have a bottle or two of white or rosé to share with friends. If it is a true apéro, go for the sharing dishes. They are all good, but if you are truffle fan, feel free to go crazy here. If you are in the mood for something fuller, I can vouch that they have one of the best burgers that I have had in paris that they serve with squash pomme frites. Absolutely. Divine.

WHEN

Spring and summer months are best so you can enjoy the terasse. Even if the temperature drops in the evening, you are safe since they have great heatlamps. Tends to be crowded after 7, so make sure to make a resi.

WHO

Good for a group of friends. Mix of locals and expats.
